A Uniquely French Culinary Experience with Wine Pairing! The exclusive menu for this year's Beaujolais Nouveau Celebration is proudly created by 3 French women caterers. Each food station reflects French traditions with a modern twist. Enjoy food pairings with excellent French wines including Beaujolais Nouveau.
Guests are also invited to a "behind the scenes" tour of Parallel's parent company Hennepin Made’s glass blowing studio and will get a full view of glass blowing in process.
This year's auction features travel, wine and amazing experiences! Proceeds from this annual fundraising event support the non-profit mission of the FACCMN and it is key to funding its educational programs.
