9 Foundations to Building Your Successful Business

Unfortunately, 65% of all startups fail within 10 years. Your business doesn’t need to be one of the failures. During this 2-hour working session, you will put pen to paper and begin the process of enhancing your odds of business success by leveraging one of the easiest and proven business tools available, the Business Model Canvas. By the end of this interactive workshop, you will have a better understanding of the practical focus areas for YOU to help YOUR business succeed. As you work on building your Personal Business Model Canvas, you will build:

  • The real reason your company exists
  • How to identify customers  and their needs so you can get, keep, and grow them
  • How to create customer relationships that separate you from your competition
  • How to create strategic alliances for profitability
  • How to analyze your competition  (a vital step for “outsmarting your competition”)
  • Outline the Key Activities and Resources that will drive your business success

Attendees at previous workshops say SCORE workshops offer some of the best networking and business education in the area. This is your opportunity to grow your network, gain knowledge, and build confidence in your ability to succeed as a business owner.

Networking and registration begins at 5:30 p.m. The workshop starts promptly at 6 p.m. Due to the interactive nature of this session, seating is limited. Register today to reserve your spot.
