Come join us for this FREE seminar sponsored by SCORE Manasota, Sarasota County Libraries and Historical Resources, and Sarasota County Economic Development. Refreshments provided by the Friends of both the Selby and Venice Public Libraries.

Please Note: The speaker for this event will be at the Venice Public Library in Venice on Nokomis Avenue. Selby Public Library will have a live feed from the Venice location with the speaker on screen. Questions will be taken from the audience at both locations.

The Speakers:

Kathy Lehner leads the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce as its chief executive. She is a graduate of LeadershipSarasota County '2002, was given the "Lifetime of Leadership Award" in 2017, and received the Venice Mayor's recognition as a Pillar of the Community. Kathy's commitment to our community spans 3 decades and includes leadership and board positions in the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce, Venice Main Street, the Sertoma Club of Venice, and the American Cancer Society of South County Board as well as emcee for many local events.

  Originally from Boston, Victoria Stultz has been working in the real estate industry for over 18 years.  Her effective negotiating skills, extensive business experience and vibrant personality have resulted in a proven track record including a record-setting sale for $14.5 million in 2015 and eight consecutive years winning the Five Star professional real estate award.  Victoria’s passion and dedication for the community extend beyond selling real estate. She serves on many nonprofit boards and committees including Chair of the board of directors for the Venice Chamber of Commerce, South County Tiger Bay Club, Venice High School Foundation, Debutante of Sarasota and is a former board member of the SCF Foundation and Venice-Nokomis Rotary Club.

Tony Moore is the Branch Manager for Gulfside Mortgage Services and originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. He began his career as a Mortgage Loan Originator in 2002, and moved to the Venice area over 20 years ago.
