By the end of this interactive workshop, you will have a better understanding of the practical focus areas for YOU to help YOUR business succeed. As you work on building your Personal Business Model Canvas, you will build:

Event Speaker: Krish Raju

Krish retired after working for more than 35 years in Petrochemical and Refining Industry. He managed several businesses and after retirement had his own consulting business.  Krish has a strong technical background with a PhD in Chemical Engineering and several executive management programs. His expertise is in identifying and maximizing value captured from businesses via simplifying the value proposition, ensuring continual learning and improvement is rigorously practiced utilizing metrics and benchmarks and all imbed into the business management system for sustainable results delivery. He has extensive knowledge of creating realistic business plans, financial projections & management and identifying the key drivers for business success and developing actions for driving results.
