Joe came to Florida in 2006 to start a print marketing business. Joe had been a manager and engineer with Digital Equipment, Quantum and Waters Corporation. With no experience in the printing business, Joe worked under a national franchise organization for two years and spent the last eight years as an entrepreneur with Advantage Print & Design. Joe serves as a marketing partner for dozens of businesses in Manatee and Sarasota County.

Randy before his retirement worked as a senior auditor and consultant for Peat Marwick Mitchell, CPAs (now KPMG), as manager of internal audit for a major corporation and as a professor and director at Florida Atlantic University. He has an MBA degree specializing in Accounting from the University of Miami and has done postgraduate doctoral studies in Accounting, International Affairs and Educational Administration at the University of Maryland and the University of Miami. He has specialized in general management, operational auditing, financial analysis and performance measurement as an educator and consultant for corporations, non-profit entities and government. He is a Florida CPA.
