We will compare the various types of company structure and the legal aspects of single proprietorships, partnerships, and corporations/LLC’s. We will cover your responsibilities and duties and how they differ among these structures. For example, how do you handle being a shareholder and president of a company. What if you’re only a shareholder? What can you do and what can’t you do?
