Join the growing community of professionals
eager to connect, share and grow
in the powerful discipline of TEAM COACHING

In the Greater Boston Area, June 18-19th, 2015, we will gather as a Team Coaching community along with clients and other professionals to share methods, tools and case studies in the discipline of Team Coaching.

Our goal is to bring together people passionate about the field of Team Coaching to engage in a highly interactive and meaningful experience. Join other practitioners, clients and partners who are interested in and/or actively engaged in Team Coaching.

We created this for you:

  • Professionals interested in creating effective teams
  • Practitioners of Team Coaching
  • Organizational leaders interested in Team Coaching for their organizations

Whether your official title or role is a facilitator, coach, consultant or leader of an organization, you will gain useful and applicable knowledge about this new and growing field.

You will experience:

  • A fun and inspiring two-days designed to help you more fully understand a variety of Team Coaching approaches, methods and tools
  • An opportunity to share your own approaches, methods and tools with other professionals
  • Facilitated dialogues, skill building sessions and interactive practicums
  • A community of passionate professionals dedicated to increasing team collaboration and performance

In addition:

  • You will obtain the following International Coach Federation (ICF) CCE hours/units if you need them for credentialing application or renewal:
9.5 Core Competencies Hours:  Advanced coach training that directly relates to or expands upon the ICF Core Competencies
3 Resource Hours:  Resource Development includes training formerly called Personal Development, Business Development, or Other Skills and Tools
  • We are honored to have executives from three highly regarded organizations actively engaged in Team Coaching:  Oxfam America, Partners In Health and The MITRE Corporation. These executives will share their experiences with Team Coaching as leaders and members of their senior executive teams.

Join thought leaders such as Alexander Caillet, adjunct professor at Georgetown University for over 15+ years teaching  “Coaching Teams and Groups” serving more than 1,000 students and his own workshops “Coaching Teams for Sustained Performance” course serving more than 160 executive level professional students.

Prepare yourself for something different than other events.

The Team Coaching Toolbox Gathering is not your typical, sit-down passive event experience. It’s an inspiring, interactive and dare we say... entertaining 2-days. It’s where you can learn alongside other coaches and clients and where you will be given a platform to share your tools and experiences if you wish.  Plus, this our first event specifically focused on Team Coaching… raise your glasses!

This gathering embraces this definition of TEAM COACHING

The words “team coaching” have become very popular over the past ten years and they are being applied to almost any type of team development services from team building, to team training, team facilitation and team advisory services. We believe Team Coaching is a specific discipline that improves and accelerates the effectiveness, capacity, skills and performance of groups and teams through real time interventions delivered during real work. Team Coaching ultimately produces transformation in group dynamics and ways of working that lead to meaningful and sustainable results.

Why is this event important?

We believe this event is important both for practitioners and organizational leaders who utilize or are interested in bringing Team Coaching to their organization. To be clear, we are not coming in with a strict point of view – only a starting point.  Our goal is to bring connect people in the field, share approaches, methods and tools so we can all grow ~ personally and professionally.

Join Us in obtaining the most effective methods and tools
for your Team Coaching Toolbox.

AND, we are honored to have executives from three highly regarded organizations actively engaged in Team Coaching:  Oxfam, Partners in Health and The MITRE Corporation.  Executives from these organizations will share their experiences with Team Coaching as leaders and members of their senior executive teams.
