Learn how pure Rose Oil and Rose Water are distilled and why it brings such high prices in the marketplace! Join us for the lecture and create your own rose spray to take home. Discover the lore and local stories from Turkey, home to the vast fields used for Paris perfume houses.

Nancy Engel is a Medical Aromatherapist trained in the South of France by a French medical doctor, a German chemist and Australian Naturopath.  She has worked on the harvests in both France and Turkey and has studied aromatic plants for over 25 years. She is a teacher and lecturer and has received two SBA awards, and was nominated for an Avon award and has been featured in the Boston Globe, Washington Post,  Chronicle,  PBS,  and Parade Magazine.
