Strategic Planning Meeting

We hosted a spectacular series of free virtual speaker meetings and tutorials during 2020. You made these events possible by participating in the SPM. 

During the 1Q SPM, the Board will review last year’s accomplishments, activities, and discuss directions for 2021. This is an opportunity for members to provide input into specific activities and goals for the Chapter in 2021.

• Director Reports/Status (9-10:30am PT) -  2021 goals, activities, or ideas
  -- Treasurer (include inputs, ideas on the 2021 budget)
  -- Membership
  -- Programs
  -- Education
  -- Communication - include email practices discussion
  -- Ways and Means
• Conferences (outcomes, next steps) (10:30-10:45am PT)
  -- WSRC 2021 in San Diego
• BREAK (10:45 - 11:00 am PT)
• INCOSE Officer Training ( 11:00 - 11:30 am PT)
• Trello Board of Current Activities (11:30 - 12 noon PT)
• Discuss Preparations for Transitioning Leadership (12:00 - 1:00 pm PT)
  -- Transition items: procedures, checklists, signature cards, etc.
• Decisions (Remaining time up to 3:00pm PT)
