Digital Barbarians at the Gate and The Art of War

Accountants are now facing incessant attacks from cyberpirates who want to steal their client’s data or hold it for ransom.  Various tactics are used from phishing emails to breaches of firewalls. Using lessons from the “Art of War”, this session will focus on: the types of threats, tools to prevent and detect breaches, EA’s legal responsibilities to protect data, and what to do if you are breached.

The Foreign Tax Credits for Individuals: Is it Quantum Computing?

The foreign tax credit is a myriad collection of complex regulations and calculations.
