Arvin City Council Meeting - Oil and Gas Production Regulation of Petroleum Facilities
The City of Arvin is proposing a ban on oil and gas production and will vote on this ordinance at their Nov. 21st meeting. The proposed ordinance, as constructed, will result in a virtual ban on all oil and gas production in Arvin, affecting small businesses that can ill afford additional costly regulations.
