Who should attend?

Everyone who is a part of the life of the Vermont Conference, its associations and local churches. Lay person, authorized minister, delegate - everyone is invited to attend!

When?

April 28 & 29, 2017 beginning at 9am on the 28th and ending at 3pm on the 29th.

Lake Morey Resort in Fairlee, VT. Reserve your room by calling 800-423-1211 and asking for the "Vermont Conference Annual Meeting" group rate of $99 plus tax. Better hurry, the rooms book fast!

What does it cost?

  • Registration - no food included: $60
  • Friday only - includes registration, lunch and dinner on Friday, April 28th: $142
  • Saturday only - includes registration, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, April 29th: $110
  • Total package - includes registration and all meals (lunch Friday through lunch Saturday): $192
  • Late fee - for any registrations made after April 19: $25
  • Please remember that registration does not include lodging accommodations.

Limited scholarships are available for financial hardship. Please contact Jesse Davis at davisj@vtcucc.org to request a scholarship and receive the Promo Code to enter.

Registrations made after April 18 will incur a $25 late fee.

No registrations will be accepted after April 22nd.

Who is our keynoter and preacher?

The Rev. Emily Heath, Senior Pastor of the Congregational Church in Exeter, NH and author of Glorify: Reclaiming the Heart of Progressive Christianity will be speaking and preaching about bein disciples both inside our churches and in the worldLearn more about Rev. Heath at emilycheath.com

Who will lead us in song?

Paul Vasile, a composer, teacher and longtime church musician will lead our worship music as well as workshops centered around music as a dynamic and innovative part of church worship. You can learn more about Paul at paulvasile.com

Exhibitors
