2017 Plattsburgh Brewfest

Vendor registration 

The Plattsburgh Brewfest invites your business to join the third annual Plattsburgh Brewfest event as a vendor.  You will have the opportunity to showcase your products to 2000+ guests from New York, Vermont, Montreal, Massachusetts and beyond. The 2016 Brewfest saw over 1500 people with a steady growth in number from the prior year, selling out both years. Proceeds from the Brewfest will be donated to the Tour De Force and a local Tourism charity.

Alcohol Vendors - There is no cost for Breweries, Wineries, Cideries or Distilleries to sign up. You will be reimbursed for the samples you provide during the Brewfest at wholesale prices. Once you register, please email your logo and what products and description of those products you will be bringing to the Brewfest.

We will purchase the beer/cider from you and ask that you send a brewery representative to the festival, so our guests may talk to someone about your product. If you would like to donate any product to the festival, it would be greatly appreicated. In exchange, we would grant you with (4) free GA tickets to the brewfest per donated keg.

Certificates of Insurance must be recived with your application. The certificate must include:

1. 1 Million Liability per occurence

2. 1 Million Liquor Liability per occurrence

3. Certificate of Insurance naming Clinton County Fairgrounds, Elfs Farm Winery & Adirondack Cider Company as Additional Insured

 

Food Vendors - Food Vendor Space is filled

The festival will begin around 1pm for VIP's, 2pm for general admission and end at 6pm. At 6pm a concert will begin in the stands of the fair. This should give all food vendors lunch and dinner action. There will not be any fair food buildings open, unless they register through this system.  We are limiting the food vendor registration to less than 10. You can serve whatever menu you want and charge whatever you want.

You will need to obtain and supply a Clinton County Heath Department Vendor Permit

1. 1 Million Liability per occurence

2. 1 Million Liquor Liability per occurrence

3. Certificate of Insurance listing Clinton County Fairgrounds, Elfs Farm Winery & Adirondack Cider Company as Additional Insured

4. Clinton County Heath Department Vendor Permit

 

All other Vendors - There is a non-refundable fee of $75.00. We will need

1. 1 Million Liability per occurence

2. Certificate of Insurance naming Clinton County Fairgrounds, Elfs Farm Winery & Adirondack Cider Company as Additional Insured

There is also onsite camping available if you are interested. We are not yet taking those reservations, but let me know at tom@elfsfarm.com if you are interested. We believe it will be $30.00 for Saturday night for an RV and $19.00 for a tent space.

 

All representatives from your business MUST be 21+. No one under 21 will be admitted to the Brewfest per NYS Law for Brewfests. Everyone must bring a valid picture ID as proof of age. No Exceptions.
