CEUs - Changed to - Certificate of Attendence  

The State Department of Education has requested that we issue a Certificate of Attendance instead of CEUs. As of July 1, 2012, the State Department no longer requires CEUs for certification.

During Online Registration

Request CEUs in ordert to receive the Certificate of Attendence
Provide all required  information if not previously registered with CASL.

At the Conference

Pick Up your Certificate of Attendence After 3:00 PM

Attendance will be tracked through ProTraxx.

Credit Card: PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover
Check: Mail to CECA, PO Box 31, Bethlehem, CT 06751. Include registrant name(s) on the check.
Purchase Order: Fax authorized Purchase Order to 866.923.2287. Include registrant name(s) on PO.

Payment Deadlines: Purchase Orders or payments by Check or Credit Card must be received by:

September 30, 2012, for Early Registration
October 19, 2012, for Late Registration

Walk-In Registration Payments

Credit Card payments may be made at onsite Registration.
Purchase Orders may be faxed to 866.923.2287 until October 28, 2012.
Mail-in payments must be sent prior to October 24, 2012.
Purchase Orders or Checks for Walk-In Registration may be brought to onsite Registration.

All Purchase Orders must be PAID IN FULL by November 15, 2012.

Refunds

Requests for refunds must be postmarked, faxed, or emailed to the Registrar before October 19, 2012. The Conference Fee minus a $25 processing fee will be returned to the person or institution making payment.

Parking Ticket Validation

Parking Validation is the responsibility of the Conference Attendee.

1) Bring your parking ticket to Registration for validation.
2) You MUST have your Parking Ticket stamped,
AND
3) You MUST pick-up a Parking Voucher.

Anyone who does not have a valid Parking Voucher provided by CECA will be charged regular parking fees for the day when exiting the parking garage.

Exhibitor Email List

Email addresses of Conference registrants will be provided to the Exhibitors unless the registrant checks the box in the online registration requesting that it not be shared. This shared list will give Exhibitors the opportunity to send invitations and promotional information to Conference attendees.
