Four Conference-related Books are available for purchase with Registration until September 27 at reduced prices. The Registration process gives flexibility in selecting the number of books to be purchased. Books MUST be picked up at the Conference.

    Most books are offered at 25% or more discount, with no Shipping & Handling Fees (Pickup at Conference)  and no CT Sales Tax.

    Check: Mail to CECA, PO Box 31, Bethlehem, CT 06751. Include registrant name(s) on the check.
    Purchase Order: Fax authorized Purchase Order to 866.923.2287. Include registrant name(s) on PO.
    Credit Card payments may be made at onsite Registration.
    Purchase Orders may be faxed to 866.923.2287 until October 20, 2013.
    Mail-in payments must be sent prior to October 16, 2013.
    Purchase Orders or Checks for Walk-In Registration may be brought to onsite Registration.
All Purchase Orders must be PAID IN FULL by November 15, 2013.

Requests for refunds must be postmarked, faxed, or emailed to the Registrar before October 5, 2013. The Conference Fee minus a $25 processing fee will be returned to the person or institution making payment. In the event of cancellation of the Conference, as was necessary in 2012 due to the hurricane, Registration Fees will be refunded minus CECA Membership dues of $25 unless the registrar is notified otherwise within 15 days of the cancellation.

Exhibitor Email List

The Email address of Conference registrants will be provided to the Exhibitors unless the registrant checks the box in the online registration requesting that it not be shared. This shared list will give Exhibitors the opportunity to send invitations and promotional information to Conference attendees.
