Innovators & Colleagues,
We look forward to hosting the next Innovation Practitioner community meeting for NE Ohio!
This is a learn more & share gathering of Innovation Practioners from the NE Ohio Area, who are building teams, driving growth, and making it real.
Spend a few hours with your colleagues on the innovation journey, in this whiteboard only session.
Network & share insights, tips, tricks and best practices to help build your growth capability.
Plus, no death by power point!
The community group meets 2-3X per year here in NE Ohio, and is free to attend.
Our agenda varies per session, with topics suggested by attendees.
Possible topics can include:
Innovation in a B-to-B environment. Strategies for doing "rapid" cycles of learning when feedback from customers is slow. Strategies for getting other departments (outside of R&D) involved in innovation. |
|
Discuss the Innovation & Commericalization System each company uses. Also, the success, failures, and learnings from participants. Attendees leave these sessioins with some basic understanding and connections that will help you in some key areas of your growth journey. |
|
How innovation teams have their physical space set up. What kinds of layouts allow for the best learning, inspiration, and experimenting? How do you engage your senior leaders in innovation? What are some early ways to engage your organization, to set the right expectations in a 'start up' environment? |
|
We will provide a topic agenda and attendee list with discussion topics about 1 weeks prior to the meeting. |
We look forward to seeing you there!
Thanks in Advance,
The Innovation GarageŽ
