Advanced Constitutional Facial Acupuncture

This is the core facial acupuncture certification series of the Somatic level of our 3-tiered Practitioner Certification Program. Each module presents a unique facial acu-muscle treatment protocol that is highly effective and minimally invasive.

Why should I attend this event?  You will receive a certification in Advanced Constitutional Facial Acupuncture™.  A certification from a recognized master teacher is required by the AAC for you to receive coverage for facial acupuncture at no additional cost.

Module 1: participants will learn the following:

• A safe painless approach to facial acupuncture
• Benefits/contraindications
• Lavier’s gentle facial acu-muscle techniques
• An introduction to facial motor points (for sagging neck, jowls)
• Eight Extraordinary meridians
• A full topical Chinese herbal protocol

Module 2: participants will learn the following:

• The energetics of the face
• Functions and treatment of 21 facial motor points
• 5 Element pathology and constitutional needling protocols
• Japanese scar therapy
• A full topical Chinese herbal protocol

The Instructor(s) will demonstrate the protocols, and participants will give and receive treatments under supervision.  Please note:  These treatments are very comprehensive and, in addition to offering highly effective Facial Renewal approaches, can be used in the treatment of Bell's palsy, TMJ, stroke and postoperative neuropathies, etc.
