Spend a high-energy hour with Ralph Peterson as he breaks down the fundamental issues facing today's Senior Care Leaders. Using real life case studies, and some bright lights of inspiration, Ralph shares lessons learned from a senior care organization who went from having some real retention problems, to having some real success.
