Taking the Difficult out of "Difficult People" 

It seems like “difficult people” are all around us in the workplace, whether co-workers, managers, people who report to us, or customers. We are often quick to characterize someone as difficult without stopping to consider if the problem could be no more than a simple difference in point of view, or if they might even find us difficult.

In this seminar we will explore some keys to better outcomes in interactions with our “difficult people”:

• Assessing who is “difficult” for you, and what might be behind it
• Considering what is going on with you when you are in a difficult interaction and what you may be bringing to the interaction
• Apply some powerful strategies for managing your part in difficult interactions and handling them with finesse
