William Betley practices in all areas of employment law including unlawful harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, employee classification and wage and hour. He also counsels and represents architects, engineers and subcontractors in all phases of construction planning, development, negotiation and litigation. Mr. Betley received his Bachelors of Arts in Journalism and History from the University of Rhode Island. He received his Juris Doctor form Southwestern University. Mr. Betley is a frequent speaker for Professionals in Human Resoures Association (PIHRA), Society of Human Resources Managment (SHRM), multiple Employment Advisory Counsels (EAC), numerous business organization, rotary clubs, and Chambers of Commerce on employment issues including unlawful harassment, disability discrimination, leaves of absences, workplace violence, employment legislation, drug testing, worker classifications and hiring and firing issues.
