Greg McNally is the owner and CEO of Food Power Inc., a restaurant business consulting firm operating in southern California that specializes in solving complex restaurant problems. Greg has expertise in all aspects of restaurant operations including concept and business plan development, investment opportunities, financial analysis, team development and management, brand and cultural alignment, operational turn around, and profitability growth strategies. In his 25+ years of experience Greg has worked himself in single location, fine dining restaurants, to publicly traded national chains. He has also owned and operated 5 of his own restaurants in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Today Greg uses his expertise to advise restauranteurs, property owners and developers, and institutions helping them to successfully grow and manage their food service operations. Hi is also a SCORE presenter and a member of the board of directors for the California Restaurant Association, Los Angeles Chapter.
