Negotiate Your Way to Success

During this workshop we will review the sales negotiation process and what is required to be successful. We will identify the mindset, skills, actions, processes and needed preparation to enter into a successful business negotiation.

What you will learn:
• We will cover the sales negotiation process: preparation, protocol, meeting, bargaining, trial close,    close and follow up
• We will review the negotiation process, where and how it fits into the selling cycle
• We will look at why and when we negotiate and the 3 possible outcomes that will determine future     dealings
• We will discuss “tell” signs and negative signals
• We will review the benefits and potential risks of telephone negotiations
