The next Marianist Administrators Conference will be held at the Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel in St. Louis, MO on October 22-24, 2021..  Attendance is by invitation from the Office of Sponsorship.  MAC participants include presidents, heads of school and principals of sponsored secondary schools and directors of sponsored retreat centers.

The Marianist Administrators Conference (MAC) is a great opportunity to gain professional and spiritual insights, and to network with leaders from other Marianist-sponsored ministries.  

Participation Fees

A participation fee of $500 will be assessed for each MAC participant.  Each sponsored ministry will be invoiced for participation fees prior to the conference date.

If you are a CEO of a sponsored ministry, you will be automatically enrolled in the Board Development workshop on Saturday.

If you are a principal of a sponsored ministry, you will be automatically enrolled in the workshops for the principals on Saturday.

Registration & Travel Information

To help us prepare for a successful conference, we ask that you register online by September 1, 2021.  Please also book your travel by this date.  This is important to help plan our rooming requirements and control costs. 

Participants are expected to be in attendance for the entire conference beginning at 5 pm Friday,October 22. Departures should be booked for Monday, October 25.  If your airline travel requires your arrival on Thursday, please indicate this on the registration page.  Hotel accommodations and shuttle transportation will be provided.

Please note that check-in for the conference will begin at 3:00 pm based on room availability. So please plan accordingly. We will work with the hotel to accommodate as many earlier check ins as available. Workspace is available in the hotel as well as restaurants for lunch.

There will be no need to rent automobiles while attending the conference.  For those traveling by airline, the hotel offers a shuttle service. Specific details on shuttle pick up will be sent in September.
