The next Teaching as Ministry (TAM) Workshop will be held at the Marianist Retreat & Conference Center in Eureka, Missouri on October 5-7, 2021. Participation is by invitation from the administrator of your Marianist-sponsored ministry.

TAM is designed to help Marianist educators (teachers, administrators and faculty members) understand Marianist education as a ministry. This workshop is designed for educators who have not previously participated in the TAM experience and have at least one year’s experience in Marianist education.

TAM is designed for teams of two or three educators who have not previously participated in the TAM experience and have at least one year's experience in Marianist education.

Participation Fees

Each sponsored ministry is allowed to send two participants to TAM. No participant fees are assessed for these first two participants. Space permitting, sponsored ministries may send additional participants. Contact the Marianist Office of Sponsorship (314-338-7229) for pricing for additional participants.

Schedule

TAM begins with a group dinner at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 and lasts through Thursday evening at 9pm. Return flights should be scheduled for Friday, October 8, 2021.

Participants are expected to be present for all sessions and activities. Please schedule travel to arrive in time for dinner on Tuesday and depart on Friday.

Registration opens January 1, 2021.  Registration closes August 23, 2021.

There will be no need to rent automobiles while attending the conference.  For those traveling by airline, a local shuttle service will be provided.
