Essential Steps to Successful Latino Engagement and Outreach: An Online Training

Presented by Rural Development Initiatives and facilitated by Sara Curiel Paez, Founder and Consulting Partner, Capacity Building Partnerships, an organizational development consulting firm working to advance the nonprofit sector across Oregon.

Click here for more details about the convening.

Registration is offered at no cost to participants with a suggested donation of $25.  Donation is tax deductible and will be recognized as such.

You’re invited to join us for a virtual Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training:

Latino business owners are helping drive the economic recovery in rural Oregon. The rate of growth of Latino-owned businesses was over four times the total business growth in the state. As this population continues to grow, there is a greater need for business support and economic development organizations to provide relevant services to this community. Attend this training to help your organization prepare to support these businesses and learn ways to increase your cultural competence as we work across differences. Gain strategies to recruit and promote your services, and learn to engage and develop strong relationships and build trust.
