Last November, we were proud and excited to launch the findings of our research into job sharing in senior roles to a packed house. Supported by 7 global organisations, this ground-breaking research demonstrated the feasibility of job sharing in senior client-facing and leadership roles in global organisations.
One year on, as we continue in our quest to raise the awareness and promote the feasibility of job sharing as a means to work part-time in senior commercial roles, we would be delighted to invite you to hear experiences and insights from both job sharers and HR practitioners at the Job Share breakfast briefing and practitioner round table on November 19th.
Kindly hosted by our sponsors KPMG, Job Share Project event will be a content-rich event where we will share our best practice insights and give you the opportunity to hear from and speak with a panel of job sharers, managers and senior leaders about the practicalities of making job sharing work in a senior role.

In addition, we will be sharing practical experiences and key learnings gained from implementing job sharing programs with leading employers.
