This camp is for the young person who wants to learn about the " business" of acting for Film and Stage projects. Scenes,Blocking, Movement, Self Confidence, Diction/Facial and Body expression,Costumes,Props,Set Realization, Resumes and Audition Photo, Mask Art. Keep the MASK. Culminates in a Theatre showcase! Act Now! Age groups/bubble will be put together.
Artistic Director /Producer Patricia Andrews can be seen in Hudson and Rex as Recurring character " Rita"The Cut of It (Meghan Greeley) Directed by Ruth Lawrence,Little Orphans (Emily Bridger) award winning feature film Directed by Ruth Lawrence.
Patricia has been teaching Acting and Performance spanning two decades. Many of her students have gone on to work/further study in the industry locally and abroad. Known for her empathetic and experienced approach to the craft she is well respected in the industry and by her beloved students.
Class size is limited. Barbara Barrett Theatre showcase of work on Fridays.
Patricia was a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee Medal for her work in teaching acting and performance.We are looking forward to welcoming back our talented Camp Team and of course the participants.
