"Relational Counseling"

Relational Counseling This class offers the student the skills necessary to support others by confronting inappropriate behavior, comforting those who are hurting, and supporting the weak.  In addition, this course includes an overview of useful documentation such as the use of psycho-social assessment tools, progress notations, recovery support plans, and confidentiality issues to assist the support counselor in working with those in recovery.    In addition, this course will include explanations and exercises using documentation tools such as the psycho social assessment, progress notes and recovery support plans. Ethics and confidentiality issues as they relate to the use of these tools will be reviewed. (5hrs.)

Who:  Those interested in earning their certification in Recovery Counseling, and those who need continuing education (CEU's).

Cost : $35.00 per course.  (5 CEU's)  We are a level A and CEU approved by the state of Florida.
