GFWC Georgia 122nd Annual Convention 

Ladies,

This is the official Call and online registration form for the GFWC Georgia 122nd Annual Convention which will be hosted by the Central East Distirct and will be held April 20-22, 2018 in Athens, Georgia.

ONLINE REGISTRATION
We are using online registration for this convention.  The system will email you a receipt after you have completed your registration.   We understand that not every club member has a computer, but you know who those ladies are, so please assist them with registering online.

TWO STEPS
Registration is a two step process.

Step One- Click on the Register Now! button below and complete your registration to attend. When you click on the Register Now! button below the registration form will display.  All of the required fields have an asterisk beside them.  You will complete the registration form by entering the information inot the fields.  The middle section of the form is where you will purchase your meals by entering the number 1 in the quanity field beside each meal you want to buy.  The description and price of each meal displays in the that meal block.   Under the payment section you will see you have two options for payment0 credit card or check.  Then all you have to do is click the Register button and the system will process your registration and email you a confirmation.

Step Two- Click this Book your Hotel link  to reserve your hotel room at the Hilton Garden Inn.   Using this link to the Hilton Garden Inn to reserve the type of room you desire.  It is a simple process.  The hotel system will also send you an email confirmation.Or you can call the Hilton Garden Inn at 706.353.6800 and ask for the Federation of Women's Club room block.  The rates begin at $139 plus taxes and fees.

DEADLINES
The deadline to register to attend without paying the $25 late fee is April 6.
The deadline to reserve your hotel room is March 30.
