Community-Based Population Health Research:
A Report from the Field
Jefferson College of Population Health will host Drs. Larson, Padron, Thompson, and Decker-Palmer in "Community-Based Population Health Research: A Report from the Field," on April 11, 2018 for the April 2018 monthly forum.
The presenters are population health leaders from our two research centers, the Center for Population Health Research at the Lankenau Institute for Medical Research and the 1889 Jefferson Center for Population Health, for a discussion on their latest work followed by an interactive panel discussion.
Founded in 2016, the Main Line Health Center for Population Health Research at the Lankenau Institute for Medical Research is a joint collaboration between Main Line Health and Thomas Jefferson University’s College of Population Health.
The 1889 Jefferson Center for Population Health was founded as a collaborative research and resource Center focused on population health and disease prevention to benefit the citizens living in Cambria and Somerset Counties. 1889 Foundation made a major gift to the College of Population Health of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia to establish the Center.
