SMPS ALASKA CHAPTER BOOTCAMP
The Go/No-Go Process
Wednesday, November 5th, Andrea Story will cover the Go/No-Go process and how it saves valuable time for your company.
Is your firm's Go/No-Go process more shotgun than strategy?
Join SMPS Alaska for this Bootcamp session to talk about what exactly a go/no-go process is (andwhat it isn't). We will also talk about who should be involved in go/no-go decision making and what questions you should be asking. Learn how strategic pursuit decision making can save your firm valuable time and money and boost your win rate.
Can’t make it to the meeting? This presentation is also available via a live webcast. Participate from your desk or conference room at work.
Andrea Story, CPSM will teach us what industry standards to follow to lead your firm to success. How do we decide what projects to pursue and which project are simply a waste of valuable time. Just 30 minutes before the pursuit can save you 40 hours later.
Andrea is a Vice President at R&M and has more than 17 years of marketing and business development experience in the architecture/engineering industry. She has been an employee of the firm since 2005, and is responsible for the firm’s marketing and business development efforts, as well as guiding firm-wide community involvement activities. Andrea serves on the firm’s Board of Directors and has been instrumental in development and advancement of R&M’s strategic plan. She holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Alaska Anchorage and received her certification as a Certified Professional Services Marketer through the Society for Marketing Professional Services in 2001.
