Learn More About Our Speakers:

James Sears is the Director of Facilities for Southcentral Foundation (SCF).  He holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Alaska Pacific University.  He originally started with SCF in 2003, and became the Director of Facilities in 2009.  His responsibilities include the oversight of all construction, renovation and maintenance projects at SCF.  Projects have ranged from several thousand dollar renovations to multi-million dollar construction projects exceeding $80,000,000. Outside of work he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family. 

Andrew Romerdakl: Bio TBA.

Annie Messer, CPSM, C.P.M. is the Senior Contracts Officer at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium Division of Environmental Health and Engineering. She focuses on rural water and sewer construction projects, and Maintenance and Improvement projects for rural hub hospitals and clinics. Prior to joining ANTHC in 2009, she spent over 28 years as a Procurement Specialist for the State of Alaska in Departments of Administration, Corrections, Military & Veterans Affairs, and Public Safety. She is a member of the Institute of Supply Management - AK affiliate, and the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing. She enjoys traveling to warm places, scuba diving, Irish folk dancing, and reading.
