This is the second session in the Valuation Series.

In this 60 minute session, the attendee will learn about the Income Approach to valuing companies, including learning about different classifications of income, such as income from operations, EBITDA and cash flow.  The attendee will work on a case study, leaving the class with its own income approach calculation.
