Through the Supporting Mental Health in the Workplace program, the Chamber aims to help enterprises take a proactive, research-based, and compassionate approach to mental health in the workplace when they and their staff need it most.
With this approach to mental health, we have the potential to reduce absenteeism and turnover, reduce associated costs to employers, and aid with operations.
