Through the Supporting Mental Health in the Workplace program, the Chamber aims to help enterprises take a proactive, research-based, and compassionate approach to mental health in the workplace when they and their staff need it most. 

With this approach to mental health, we have the potential to reduce absenteeism and turnover, reduce associated costs to employers, and aid with operations.

Who should attend: Company Leaders, HR reps, Health and Safety reps
Cost: FREE
When: The virtual Training will consist of two sessions.  This registration is for Session #2.  

Session 2 – March 16, 2021,  8:30 am to 9:30 am
In this session, we will cover:
- Communication strategies for leaders
- How to support staff
- How to support accommodations 
- How to facilitate returning to work
 

The first session will be March 9, 2021, 8:30am to 9:30 am and you register for this here.
