We're calling all Green Umbrella supporters to help with Great Outdoor Weekend Outreach and Promotion!

To make this event a success for both visitors and organizations, we do strategic outreach and marketing to over one million people in the Tri-State area. Our tried and true media approach includes:

• Public  Service Announcements and local news features
  
• Radio ads and interviews
  
• Printed posters and brochures
• Print and online ads and feature articles in local publications
  
• Great Outdoor Weekend and Meet Me Outdoors program websites
  
• Green Umbrella E-newsletter
  
• Social media campaign
  
• Road signs posted all over the region
  

Sponsorships and In-Kind help are essential to this type of outreach, and when you become a media sponsor for the Great Outdoor Weekend, we want to thank you properly. All donations for this event come with a recognition package and are tax deductible. Sponsorship Levels

Presenting Sponsor: $5,000 or more, limited to 3 Sponsors

• Logo on all print and digital media advertising (Citybeat, Cincinnati Family, etc)
• Bio or story about your organization or company on the Event Website
• Largest logo on Event Media (includes Email Blasts, Website, Poster & Brochure)
• Outdoor Exposure: Host a booth or presentation at one of the well-trafficked events—event coordinators will match you with an organization to suit your audience
• Sponsor a Happy Host: For sponsors not hosting an event, but would like to sponsor additional promotions for an organization hosting an event 
• "Organization of the Week" feature in Green News the week of Great Outdoor Weekend
• Special Thank You on Facebook, Twitter, and Event Website the week of Great Outdoor Weekend

Mountain Climbing Sponsorship: $1,000, limited to 6 Sponsors

• Outdoor Exposure: Host a booth or presentation at one of well-trafficked events—event coordinators will match you with an organization to suit your audience
• Sponsor a Happy Host: For sponsors not hosting an event, but would like to sponsor additional promotions for an organization hosting an event 
• Tier 1 (second largest) logo on Event Media (includes Email Blasts, Website, Poster & Brochure)
• "Organization of the Week" feature in Green News in September
• Special Thank You on Facebook, Twitter, and Event Website in September

• Sponsor a Happy Host: For sponsors not hosting an event, but would like to sponsor additional promotions for an organization hosting an event 
• Tier 2 (third largest) logo on Event Media (includes Email Blasts, Website, Poster & Brochure)
• "Organization of the Week" feature in Green News in August or September
• Special Thank You on Facebook, Twitter and Event Website in August or September

Walking Sponsorship: $250

• Tier 3 (fourth largest) logo on Event Media (includes Email Blasts, Website, Poster & Brochure)
• Special Thank You on Facebook, Twitter and Event Website in August, September or October

For Event Hosts: Rewarding our hardworking hosts with some extra publicity! Hosts that sponsor at a greater level than “Happy Host” or "Happy Host Bonus" will still receive these great benefits!

Happy Host Bonus Package: $100

Same as Happy Host plus:

• Tier 4 (fifth largest) logo on Event Website Sponsor Recognition Page
• Exclusive article on your event in Green News GOW edition (published Sept. 24)
• Additional tweets and Facebook post on the Green Umbrella’s Facebook page
• Links to your organization’s website or event page (in addition to the links to your Event Website Program Listing) in all above promotions

Happy Host Package: $50

• Tier 4 (fifth largest) logo on the event brochure, poster, and email blasts
• One featured post and tweet on Great Outdoor Weekend Social Media Feeds during the week leading up to the event
