About the Seminar

When a procurement is challenged, often the challenge relates to how the evaluation of bids has been carried out, recorded, and reported to bidders.

Leading law firm Mills & Reeve offers attendees a practical guide to carrying out a robust evaluation as part of a procurement under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The workshop will involve case studies and practical tips on how to avoid legal challenges.

Target audience: Anyone involved in evaluating bids, particularly                              procurement teams.

The training session will follow the approximate timings below:

9.30am - Tea / coffee and registration

10am - Training commences

11.30 - Refreshment break

1pm - Training finishes, sandwich lunch provided.
