Hub Training Seminar

Dynamic Purchasing Systems - 10th June 2016

Venue: Victoria House, Fulbourn, Cambridge

Hosted by the East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub, this event is FREE to NHS staff and will be led by Mark Robinson,                     Managing Associate at Trowers & Hamlins LLP

About the Seminar

Dynamic Purchasing Systems: Why use them, how to use them and what are the legal aspects of doing so?

The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 promote electronic procurement activity as the way forward. Although DPS featured in the 2006 Regulations, there is now more detail in PCR 2015 about DPS. Crown Commercial Services has published guidance and there is a lot more talk in the market place about DPS – but how do you procure and then use a DPS and what are the problems and pitfalls for the unwary?

Join leading law firm Trowers & Hamlins LLP for a session that will explain the legal aspects involved.

Target audience: Procurement and commercial teams involved in buying works services or supplies under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

The training session will follow the approximate timings below:

1pm - Tea / coffee and registration

1.30pm - Training commences

3pm - Refreshment break

4.30pm - Training finishes
