About the Seminar

The session will cover the following areas:

• What does integrated care actually mean?
• What are the various models you can use to implement integrated care?
• What are the risks and possible mitigations from each participants’ perspective?
• What are the implications for the various organisations' involved?

 

The seminar will follow the approximate timings below:

9.30 pm - registration and tea/coffee

10am - training starts

1pm - training ends with a sandwich lunch
