About the Seminar

The seminar will cover the following areas:

 b) The emergence of co-commissioning and the delegation of powers by NHS England

(ii)  Commissioning in light of the removal of Reg 120 of PCR 2015

 a) Issues emerging post 18^th April in relation to commissioning procurement and 2013 Regulations vs Light Touch Regime

(iii)  Impact of reconfiguration of services

 a) Considerations when rationalising primary care services

 b) Termination of contract

 c) Consultation

Timings

The seminar will follow the approximate timings below:
