Please join the Lake Erie chapter of IFT for a fabulous evening filled with great food, networking, and fostering the spirit of continuous education. A presentation on industry trends and the emerging science of plant proteins will be given by students at the University of Akron.

6:00 pm-8:00 pm Dinner and Presentation
Members and guests will choose their dinner entreés upon arrival at the venue. Dinner options are as follows:
1. Pretzel Crusted Trout – whole grain mustard butter sauce, whipped potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
2. Smoked Chicken Breast – roasted corn tarragon cream, whipped potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
3. Petite Beef Tenderloin (6oz) – sundried tomato basil butter, whipped potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
4. Vegetable en Croute – garlic sauteed spinach, blistered cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, mushrooms, caramelized onion, baked in a puffed pastry, aged vinegar reduction.
Dinner is served with a house salad and fresh rolls, with complimentary beverages of tea, soda, and coffee.
Dessert: Chocolate Bomb
