Request for Duplicate Class Documents

BEFORE clicking the button, you will need to:

1. Know the DATE you took the class.

If you do NOT know the date you took the class:

• try searching your INBOX for an email with the subject "Thank you for Registering" which should help locate the confirmation email for your class registration which will contain the date of the class.
• CLICK HERE to view the 2017 Master Schedule.
• if you are still unable to locate the date, you may pay an additional $25 SEARCH fee.

2. Have access to the EMAIL with which you REGISTERED for the class.

Duplicates may ONLY be sent to the email with which you registerd for the class for security reasons.

If you do not remember which email you used:

• try searching all your INBOXs for an email with the subject "Thank you for Registering" which should help locate the confirmation email for your class registration which will contain the email address.
• If you are still unable to find the email OR you no longer have access to that email, you may pay an additional $25 VERIFICATION fee.  Follow the steps as indicated.

The Base Fee for this service is: $50
There is an additional $25 SEARCH Fee for a class date search.
There is an additional $25 VERIFICATION Fee  if your registration email is NOT the email you are using to pay for this service. You MUST follow the directions explicity so that we can verify your identity.

Please allow one week for processing.  Requests are generally processed within 2-3 business days.  Your documents will be emailed to you no later than one week from the date your request is submitted.

NOTE: There is an additional $25 RUSH Fee if you need the documents sooner than one week. 

To request expedited service, please select and pay for the $50 RUSH Fee in addition to any fees required above (Base, SEARCH and VERIFICATION).
RUSH Requests received Monday -Thursday will be emailed by CLOSE (6PM) of the next business day.
RUSH Requests received Friday - Sunday will be emailed by CLOSE (6PM) of business the following MONDAY.
