DEADLINE APRIL 27, 2010 BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS
During the National Call to Action Institute, there will be a featured "Cultural Marketplace" that will occur from 8:00 am on Tuesday, May 11 through 1:30 pm on Friday, May 14, 2010.
This is a great opportunity for small businesses, corporate organizations, non-profits and individual vendors to share their information with 300-400 people from all over the country.
We also offer lower rates for individuals and microenterprise to support economic empowerment and self-sufficiency.
Exhibitor/Vendor Fees for Tuesday, May 11 through Friday, May 14 (four days with extended hours on Wednesday and Thursday) are as follows:
Deadline for Exhibitor/Vendor Registration is April 16, 2010.
If exhibitor/vendors will be using electricity, the costs for this range from $100.00-$850.00. We can arrange for you to pay for electricity directly to the hotel - please indicate your needs in the exhibitor/vendor registration form.
The dimensions of each exhibitor/vendor table are 6 feet x 3 feet. Exhibitors/vendors are limited to space around their tables. Extra tables are allowed, but we must know ahead of time. There is a fee for extra tables.
