This highly interactive session will provide participants with valuable information regarding the often ‘scary’ transition into adult services.  Adult agency representatives and transition specialists will be on hand to share their expertise. Whether your young adult will be entering the work force, volunteering, participating in supported employment, living independently or accessing specialized day or residential programs, you will leave this workshop with many useful tools, information and resources.
