Presenters:

 Jim Southworth - Principal of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C., Jim concentrates his practice in the areas of employment and labor law, as well as immigration. He has provided counsel on all employment-related concerns and has worked with companies ranging in size from small to Fortune 500.

Jean DeFilippis  - CEO and Owner of ARCpoint Labs of Pittsburgh North, Jean has a Master of Science in Health Services Administration and over 30 years experience in healthcare. Her current focus is Drug Free Workplace Programs, Drug Program Policy Review and Writing, DOT and non-DOT Compliance, 24/7 On-site Testing, Background Screening & Wellness Programs.

Annette Gold-Marney - Senior Human Resource Consultant with The Bradley Partnerships, Inc., Annette has 30 years of human resource experience in talent management, leadership training and strategic change. She holds a Masters degree in human resources and is a recipient of the SHRPP Outstanding Human Resources Award. She is certified in Lean Six Sigma and is DDI Certified.
