What it is ALL ABOUT: Each fall the City of Bowling Green offers a Field Day event to allow all of its Certified Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control Contractors an Opportunity to renew their certification.  This year the City is partnering with other local stormwater programs and the International Erosion Control Association to offer a 1.5 day recertification event.  Dubbed “Muddy Water Blues”, the event will bring together many different regional contractors, regulators, and vendors to discuss the latest in staying compliant with state and local requirements for EPSC.

Tuesday, September 24 -  Sloan Convention Center and will feature two tracks of presentations.  The first series will focus on the documentation requirements involved with running a compliant site, while the concurrent series will focus on the physical best management practices that keep stormwater runoff clean.

Wednesday, September 25 - Field Day where several demonstrations will be held, highlighting the most innovative field techniques and products in the area.  The event will earn attendees the 9 hours of CEUs/PDHs for keeping your contractor’s license.
