About the Presenter:

Nitza Medina-Garcia, CRM is a Certified Records Manager. She is the Founder and Principal Consultant at InfoCompass Business Solutions in Elk Grove, CA. Prior to InfoCompass, she was Senior Records Management Consultant at Hewlett Packard where she worked with law firm records managers across the globe to implement iManage Records Manager software. She also served as a corporate records manager at the Episcopal Church Headquarters in New York City where she managed an in-house records center. She has a Masters in Library and Information Science from Pratt Institute. She is currently serving as the President of the Greater Sacramento Capitol Chapter of ARMA (Records Manager Professional Organization).

Nitza’s passion is to help law firms gain control over their information, regardless if it is physical or electronic, and help firms systematize and optimize their procedures around information management, mitigate risks and increase profits.
