Neil and Laura Bacchus of The Bacchus Group, have provided over 35 years of combined real estate experience to buyers, sellers and investors in the D.C. Metro area.  Both Neil and Laura Bacchus have expertise in condominiums and handle transactions from first-time homebuyers, up to multi-million dollar deals.  Also joining them from the group will be Pablo Hurarte, bringing 7 years for his own real estate experience.

Russell Nickman, Esq, Assistant General Counsel of the Certified Title Corporation has personally conducted over 6,000 closings including purchases and refinances for residential and commercial properties.  Mr. Nickman will share insights from his private practice experience in real estate closings and educational presentations on "The Fundamentals of Real Estate Closings" for Lorman Educational Services.
