WE LEAD Grounded Fall 2020 Cohort 

WE LEAD Together brings cohorts of women in education together to collaborate, network, and grow in exploration of their own leadership skills. In a safe, trusting and cozy learning environment of 20 or less, we will apply research in leadership to what might happen if education has a balance with more females as school and district leaders.

Under the umbrella of WE LEAD Together, WE LEAD Grounded is the first course in a two part series providing women with data, research and history as a framework for understanding the complexities of women in leadership.

WE LEAD Grounded is a pre-requisite to WE LEAD Aware, the second course in the series.
