Robert Cosentino’s 40-year career spanned the scope of responsibility from street level sales and operations to national executive management. His career included 10 years at Citibank. He is experienced in all facets of business including sales, marketing, operations, people management, budgeting and business modeling. Rob has both started new business ventures and grown existing companies. His experiences and perspective provides insight and strategies applicable to all business environments. Managing Operations: In this module you will learn more about effectively operating your businesses for profitability as well as using operations as a customer service driver. Topics include:
- Company Goals vs. Operational Activity
- Identifying, Managing & Measuring Critical Operations
- Operations as a Differentiator
