Course Description:
Building trust and respect, coaching and communication skills are needed in high-performing teams. Employee retention after effective interviewing and hiring protects initial personnel investments. Motivating and encouraging employees, managing daily schedules, meetings and productive time and providing useful performance guidance beyond basic appraisals are foundational for production results. Deeply understanding goals, strategic objectives and applying project planning while delegating are keys to good management. Supervisory success covers topics that are essential to the workplace. Key management skills and competencies are discussed to ultimately improve morale, efficiency and productivity.
